It’s especially for those who feel like they've lost touch with themselves after years of putting others first—and who are ready to rise into their next chapter with purpose and authenticity.
2. What if I’m not very spiritual or don’t have a background in personal development?
That’s perfectly okay. This program meets you where you are. All practices are gentle, accessible, and designed to support beginners and seasoned seekers alike. You’ll be guided every step of the way, and there’s no dogma—just tools and insights you can adapt to your own journey.
3. How much time will I need to commit each week?
Each week includes one core lesson (which you can complete at your own pace), plus optional journaling prompts, guided practices, and a weekly check-in. Most participants spend about 60–90 minutes per week, though you’re free to do more or less depending on your schedule.
4. What’s included in the Beta version?
